About the Role
This role is suited to a commercially strong finance professional with proven experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and executive-level reporting. You will work closely with senior leadership, taking ownership of the planning cycle and delivering insights that directly influence business strategy and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes
- Own and enhance financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Prepare and present executive and Board-level reporting packs
- Deliver in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making
- Partner with business units to drive financial performance
- Support external reporting cycles (half-year and year-end)
- Drive process improvements within the FP&A function
- Mentor and guide junior team members
Requirements
- Education: Honours degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- CA(SA) or CIMA qualification highly advantageous
- Experience: Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in FP&A or commercial finance
- Strong track record in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders
- Property or real assets exposure advantageous
