About the Role
Ready to Own a Brand? This One’s Yours. We’re looking for a Marketing Lead who will work directly with senior leadership, have real ownership over strategy and execution, and drive growth across our markets in South Africa, USA, and UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Immerse yourself in the CallForce brand and our exciting new Digital Transformation BPO positioning
- Audit our digital presence: website, social channels, content, SEO identify the quick wins and the bigger opportunities
- Get hands-on: write compelling copy, build landing pages, sharpen our LinkedIn presence, launch test campaigns
- Set up the marketing infrastructure: content calendar, CRM hygiene, lead tracking, campaign metrics
- Launch and optimise demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and email for our USA, UK, and SA markets
- Build sales enablement tools that actually help our team close deals not just look good in a folder
- Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and strategic partnerships
- Lead internal communications that bring our people on the journey and build a high-performance culture
- Take full ownership of marketing strategy across all markets
- Build and lead a small team as the business scales
- Become the definitive voice of the CallForce brand globally
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with real exposure to digital, content, and B2B campaigns
- Worked in fast-moving environments and thrive when you have to figure things out
- Both creative and analytical, care about the story AND the numbers
- Write well. Like, genuinely well. Because a lot of this is about how we communicate.
- Comfortable working directly with leadership and ops teams, are a collaborator, not a silo
- Energised by ambiguity and excited by a blank canvas, not intimidated by it
- Want your ideas to actually move the business, not sit in a backlog
