About the Role

Fusion Personnel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager/Personal Assistant to join our team in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our legal staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and allowing them to focus on core responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative tasks to allow legal staff to focus on core responsibilities
  • Manage diaries, schedules and general office co-ordination
  • Assist with document preparation, typing and proofreading
  • Support the litigation team with administrative tasks
  • Open and maintain files on legal software systems
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and compliance processes

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) is essential
  • Experience in a similar administrative or office management role (experience in a law firm advantageous)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent proficiency in the English language
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work under pressure
