About the Role
An established, award-winning fine dining group in Cape Town is looking for a skilled and polished Bartender to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a hospitality group that has built a strong reputation for excellence and is still expanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering a high level of bar service to guests in a fine dining setting
- Preparing and presenting classic and contemporary cocktails to a consistent standard
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of spirits, wines, and beverages on offer
- Managing bar stock, ordering, and rotation to minimise wastage
- Keeping the bar area clean, organised, and guest-ready at all times
- Upselling thoughtfully and knowledgeably
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of bartending experience, ideally in a fine dining or upmarket environment
Strong cocktail knowledge and confident execution under pressure
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest interactions
Excellent product knowledge across spirits, liqueurs, wines, and soft beverages
