About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales professional to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide admin support to Account Managers
- Deal with clients on the phone
- Manage delivery requirements for clients
- Manage orders and delivery dates
- Process orders
Requirements
- Grade 12 Tertiary qualification
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
