About the Role

An opportunity is available for a Sales Executive to join a well-established automotive dealership, where you will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional vehicle purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly vehicle sales targets
  • Assist customers throughout the sales process from enquiry to vehicle delivery
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Generate new business through prospecting and referrals
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
  • Prepare quotations and sales documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Follow up on leads and customer enquiries
  • Stay informed on vehicle specifications, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings
  • Work closely with the finance and administration teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Participate in dealership marketing campaigns, promotions, and events

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 certificate
  • Valid Driver’s License (non-negotiable)
  • Previous vehicle sales experience preferred
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Professional and presentable appearance
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work weekends and dealership trading hours when required
