About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Admin Operations Controller to join their team in Bellville, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, operations, accounts, logistics, marketing, and billing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Billing Administration: billing clients and medical aids
- General Administration: all-round administrative support
- Office Logistics Coordination: communication with suppliers and stock management
- IT Responsibilities: resolving IT, network, and WiFi issues
- Marketing Support: knowledge and basic experience in Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
- Company Compliance: ensuring up-to-date compliance and implementing necessary procedures
- Adherence to Management Guidelines: following advertising guidelines and instructions
Requirements
- Relevant diploma in Accounting and/or Business Administration (advantageous)
- 5 years plus experience as an Admin and Billing Controller / Admin Operations Controller
- Medical Aid Scheme billing experience (advantageous)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Practical experience with Meta/Facebook Ads
- Strong understanding of targeting and optimisation across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
