About the Role
Join our leading national pharmacy chain and become the friendly face patients trust in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. We are seeking a registered Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant with 23 years retail experience to dispense medication, provide professional patient counselling, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense and label medication under pharmacist supervision (S1S4)
- Provide professional patient counselling and over-the-counter advice
- Manage stock ordering, receiving & accurate bin-card control
- Assist with compounding and repacking
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume store
Requirements
- Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant certificate
- Current SAPC registration (Post Basic)
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience (ideal 3 years)
- Excellent communication skills
- Afrikaans/English bilingual advantage
- Computer literate (RX Solutions / SyNCH)
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications: Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant certificate
Salary & Benefits
- R15 500 – R21 000 per month (market-related + monthly performance incentive)
