About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As an integral part of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the co-ordination and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
- Support campaign deployment across web, email, social media, and paid media channels.
- Assist with uploading and maintaining website content via Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Support content updates, landing page publishing, and webpage QA checks.
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media engagement and community interactions.
- Assist with the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Support email database management and audience segmentation.
- Compile digital campaign performance reports and dashboards.
- Monitor website, campaign, and social media performance metrics.
- Conduct QA testing on digital assets, webpages, email campaigns, and campaign links.
- Ensure content accuracy, correct formatting, tracking implementation, and functional user journeys.
Requirements
A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business Management, Graphic Design or a related field. Previous digital marketing experience will be advantageous.
