About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our team in Milnerton, Cape Town City Centre. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our medical practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage patient flow and scheduling
  • Process medical records and billing
  • Utilize medical software to update patient information (experience with Vericlaim an asset)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Provide administrative support to the medical team

Requirements

  • Medical Receptionist experience
  • Medical Software experience (e.g. Vericlaim) would be beneficial
  • Completed Grade 12
  • Computer literate (MS Office Suite)
  • Afrikaans & English fluent
  • People person personality
  • Reliable Transport / Valid Driver’s License
  • Attention to detail
  • Neat & Presentable
  • Professional, friendly demeanor and empathetic personality
