The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of schemes, maintaining strong relationships with trustees and owners, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and governance requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of sectional title schemes in accordance with the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act (STSMA) and other applicable legislation. Serve as the primary liaison between Trustees, Owners, Managing Agents, Contractors, and Service Providers. Prepare and distribute trustee meeting packs, agendas, minutes, and resolutions. Attend and facilitate Trustee Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and Special General Meetings (SGMs). Assist Trustees with governance, compliance, and implementation of scheme rules and resolutions. Prepare and manage annual budgets in conjunction with Trustees. Monitor levy collections, arrears, and financial performance of schemes. Review monthly management accounts and provide financial guidance to Trustees. Obtain quotations and oversee maintenance, repairs, capital projects, and contractor performance. Conduct regular property inspections and compile detailed inspection reports. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, insurance requirements, and statutory obligations. Manage insurance claims and liaise with brokers, assessors, and contractors. Resolve owner and resident queries, complaints, and disputes professionally and efficiently. Ensure all scheme records, governance documents, and statutory filings are accurately maintained. Coordinate emergency maintenance issues and oversee after-hours escalations when required. Build and maintain positive relationships with Trustees, Owners, and Residents while delivering exceptional customer service. Minimum Requirements 3–5 years’ experience managing a portfolio of sectional title schemes. Strong working knowledge of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act (STSMA) , Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) regulations, and relevant property legislation. Experience attending and chairing Trustee and AGM meetings. Strong financial acumen with budgeting and management accounting experience. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in sectional title/property management software. Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle. Relevant property qualification or industry certification will be advantageous. Personal Attributes Highly organized and detail-oriented. Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
