About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a Luxury Home Products specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan by pursuing new business leads and achieving monthly sales targets
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of leads
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to determine the best mobility solution unique to their requirements and provide expert product knowledge and advice
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth installation process for the client
- Follow up with outstanding accounts promptly and take necessary steps to resolve any issues
- Stay current with industry trends and developments and leverage this knowledge to position the company as a leader in the market
Requirements
- Matric
- 3+ years of experience within a similar Sales environment
- Driver’s license with own reliable transport
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Structured and organised, with the ability to plan and methodically execute sales activities
- Knowledge of CRM software and ability to use it effectively to manage leads and track sales activities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
