Job Description
As an Integration Support Engineer, youll provide technical support to customers. You have experience with databases, building Postman collections, and scripting in Bash, PowerShell, or VBScript. You enjoy working with people, have excellent communication skills, and strong time management.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our platform.
- Document and track customer inquiries and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the development and projects teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Proactively identify and suggest solutions to improve the customer experience.
- Stay up to date on the latest developments and features of our platform.
Qualifications and Experience
- + 3 5 years years of experience in technical support, preferably in a SaaS or iPaas environment and or a software vendor background.
- Strong technical knowledge of cloud computing and web-based applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, particularly ConnectWise Manage, is helpful.
- Deep trouble shooting
- Build meta cognitive daily
- Understand how connectors behave
- Work and optimize workflows
Focussing and supporting customers from all sources which includes direct customers , self service customers who use the platform and partner led clients.
- Experience with SQL, , AZURE stack , scripting, and tools like Postman is a plus.
- AWS is advantageous
