Job Description
An established and growing business is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to join its finance team.
You will work closely with experienced finance professionals while gaining practical exposure to multiple areas of accounting, finance administration, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing daily financial transactions and allocations
- Managing debtor accounts and following up on outstanding balances
- Processing supplier invoices and performing creditor reconciliations
- Performing bank, cashbook, and account reconciliations
- Assisting with month-end finance duties and reporting preparation
- Supporting the finance team with management accounts and schedules
- Ensuring accurate recordkeeping and maintaining supporting documentation
- Assisting with general finance administration and ad hoc operational tasks
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Diploma in Finance, Accounting or ICB qualification
- Good understanding of accounting fundamentals and bookkeeping processes
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Able to work well within a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Someone who enjoys broad exposure across finance rather than repetitive silo work
