About the Role
Blocktronic is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations
- Organise the work schedule of on-site and off-site technicians performing fitment of vehicle accessories and keep installation records
- Invoicing of clients (knowledge of XERO accounting package for invoicing a definite advantage) and create client monthly statements
- Manage the client database
- Keep records of expenses and upload purchase invoices to XERO (for the accounting team to access)
- Liaise with clients and follow up outstanding payments
- Pay staff salaries (payroll prepared by the accounting team)
- Manage basic purchases of office items and track such expenses
Requirements
- Skills in word processing and excel are necessary
- Knowledge of an invoicing software is a requirement
