• 4 Years Minimum experience

• Proven experience in inspections and interpretation of structural drawings

• Proficient in preparing site diaries, technical meeting notes, and detailed reporting

• Experience working alongside consultant companies and managing consultant site monitoring and supervision

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively on site

• Candidates with experience as a Clerk of Works (concrete) will also be considered
