About the Role
Join Elite Group as an Outbound Sales Closer (B2B) and become part of our high-performing team. As a remote sales professional, you will be responsible for closing deals in the SaaS/E-com niche, working independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold-calling B2B prospects in the SaaS/E-com niche
- Achieve a 60% first-call close rate and relentless follow-up on the rest
- Manage Microsoft Teams and CRM to stay organized and efficient
Requirements
- 6+ months of cold-calling “trench” experience
- Fluent in English & Afrikaans
- Self-motivated with no need for micro-management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary & Benefits
- Months 1-3: Pure Commission (OTE: R200,000)
- Month 4+: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Pension Fund (OTE: R300,000+ p.a.)
