About the Role
The Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations by planning shipments, liaising with suppliers and internal departments, and tracking order progress. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage shipping schedules and coordinate imports from international factories under various Incoterms.
- Ensure all required documentation is accurate and submitted for customs clearing.
- Oversee inter-branch road transport, courier deliveries, and book transport services while maintaining optimal cost control.
- Serve as a central communication point between sales, warehouse, and transport partners.
- Provide regular shipment updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed records of shipments, orders, and financial processes.
