About the Role
We are seeking exceptional Call Centre Agents to join the inaugural guest communications team for the UAE’s first-ever integrated casino resort in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK). Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex reservations and guest inquiries with poise and expertise

- Remain calm, professional, and resourceful under pressure, navigating complex booking systems with speed and accuracy
- Utilize advanced technology to efficiently manage multiple calls and maintain a high level of productivity
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Call Centre Agent or Reservations Agent in a high-volume, 5-star luxury hotel, international casino, or premium airline
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- High level of tech-savviness and proficiency in navigating complex booking systems
- Fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
