About the Role
The eThekwini: Retail / In-Store Solutions Sales Representative role offers an exciting opportunity to join Dante Group Ltd as a sales professional in retail solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits and client consultations to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Draw up basic floor plans from site visits and present them to clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
- Work closely with the Debtors Department regarding client accounts and follow-ups
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Matric qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, Retail or related field
- 3 years of external sales experience within retail solutions, construction/interiors, fixtures and fittings, and B2B project sales
- Proven sales track record and ability to meet targets
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
