Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain high service levels, coordinating service partners. Scheduling of New Calls and screening of completed service calls daily. Daily feedback for dealer query reports. Debriefing of service partners, agents and Staff techs. Release service calls from hold when parts are issued. Support techs to achieve the NPS, 2 Day rate , 10 day rate and First time fix rate. On Sirius System run daily status report on all ASCs Call customers to improve NPS rate for the branch Processing of exchange to Product exchange status Coordinate deliveries of service exchanges. Run technician stock list for audit Coordinate Service calls for parts required. Support in counting of SCR stock and processing of SCR invoices Support during yearend stock counts. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of Grade 12 with proven experience in a similar environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Working knowledge of SAP and Excel will be a prerequisite Prior experience in dealing with customer queries and handling complaints. Strong administration and customer relation skills
