About the Role

TalentFuse (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team in Gauteng. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and growing existing relationships with our key account customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and secure new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing key account customers
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and budgets
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and product offerings
  • Work closely with internal teams including Production, Planning, and Design
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends proactively
  • Prepare and present professional pricing proposals to clients
  • Coordinate and support customer-related events
  • Ensure all customer requirements and queries are handled efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain accurate and timeous administrative records
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline
  • Support cross-selling initiatives across regions and divisions
  • Ensure effective stock management and minimise obsolescence risks

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in Sales or Marketing (advantageous)
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a sales role
  • Proven experience within a manufacturing environment (essential)
