Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Design enterprise-wide leadership development architectures that drive measurable business impact and leadership capability growth
- Create leadership development journeys that integrate formal learning, experiential learning, cross-functional exposure, and in-role application
- Develop enterprise leadership measurement frameworks aligned to application, Return on Expectations (ROE), and Return on Investment (ROI)
- Define leadership capability outcomes and evidence-based measurement approaches across frontline, middle management, senior leadership, and executive levels
- Design and implement progressive leadership development pathways aligned to succession planning, leadership readiness, and organisational capability requirements
- Architect flagship leadership development programmes that are capability-led, application-driven, and measurement-by-design
- Produce delivery-ready learning solutions, including programme blueprints, facilitator guides, participant journeys, assessment frameworks, and application toolkits
- Translate leadership and talent strategies into scalable, practical, enterprise-wide learning solutions
- Partner with Learning Centres of Excellence and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between learning interventions and business objectives
- Embed measurable learning transfer and leadership impact into all programme designs
- Design governance frameworks, participation models, and development standards for leadership programmes
- Ensure all learning solutions are scalable, sustainable, and suitable for a complex regulated environment
What we are looking for:
- Relevant Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Learning and Development, Education, or related field
- Postgraduate qualification in Organisational Development, Industrial Psychology, Leadership Development, Learning Design, or related discipline preferred
- 10–15+ years’ experience in leadership development, learning design, talent development, or organisational effectiveness
- Proven experience designing enterprise-wide leadership development frameworks and architectures
- Strong expertise in learning architecture and instructional design
- Demonstrated experience designing end-to-end learning journeys rather than standalone training programmes
- Strong capability in leadership measurement, learning transfer, ROE, ROI, and impact evaluation frameworks
- Experience producing delivery-ready learning solutions, assets, and implementation frameworks
- Experience designing solutions for senior leadership and executive development
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills
- Experience working in large, complex, regulated environments, preferably within financial services
- Ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable, measurable learning solutions
Advantageous:
- Experience within financial services or banking environments
- Exposure to succession planning and leadership pipeline development
- Knowledge of organisational effectiveness, talent management, and leadership assessment frameworks
- Experience designing enterprise learning governance and capability frameworks
- Experience embedding business impact measurement into leadership development initiatives
