About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Craven Cottage CC in Randburg. As an HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic support to office leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. You will partner with managers on workforce planning, performance management, and capability development, while also supporting employee relations matters and coaching leaders on managing performance and behaviour.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the HR Business Partner to Support Office leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
- Partner with managers on workforce planning, performance management, and capability development.
- Support employee relations matters in a non-unionised environment, ensuring fairness and defensibility.
- Coach leaders on managing performance, behaviour, and engagement in line with organisational values.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology (NQF 6–7).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a full HRBP or HR generalist role within a multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation, particularly BCEA, LRA and Employment Equity.
- Demonstrated experience with payroll oversight, workforce data, and statutory reporting.
- Strong analytical capability and professional judgement.
