About the Role

The Sales Executive / Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, promoting and selling business technology solutions to clients, and maintaining existing relationships while ensuring high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.
  • Promote and sell business technology solutions including Office Automation, Printing Solutions, CCTV, PABX/VoIP, IT Infrastructure, Connectivity, Cloud, and Managed Services.
  • Conduct client needs assessments and provide tailored business solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships while ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge.
  • Work closely with technical and support teams to ensure successful implementation and service delivery.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years external sales experience within: Office Automation, CCTV & Surveillance, Telecommunications / PABX / VoIP, IT & Technology Solutions, Managed Business Services.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle essential.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused approach.
