About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Receptionist/Driver to join our team in Makhanda Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and respond to phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage the reception area, including maintaining a tidy and organised workspace
- Coordinate travel arrangements and drive employees to meetings and appointments as required
- Provide administrative support, including data capturing and Excel management
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Grade 12 (matric) essential
- Relevant diploma or certificate preferred
- Valid driving license (PDP preferred) with a clean driving record
- At least 5 years administration or data capturing experience
- Excellent command of Excel and general computer literacy
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
