REQUIREMENT:
* RSA ID and legal residence essential
* Proven experience in lodge or hospitality management
* Strong teamwork and communication as a couple
* Valid Driver’s License essential
He (Maintenance Manager):
* Strong hands-on maintenance experience
* Skilled in electrical, plumbing, general repairs, and all-round maintenance
* Ability to manage preventative maintenance and lodge upkeep
* Experience managing maintenance projects advantageous
She (Front of House / Admin):
* Strong front of house and guest relations experience
* Solid administration and reservation skills
* Good financial understanding and reporting ability
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Oversee daily lodge operations
* Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
* Manage maintenance, repairs, and property upkeep
* Oversee front office, reservations, and administration
* Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth operations
* Manage staff and maintain operational efficiency
* Uphold lodge standards and guest satisfaction
PACKAGE:
* R30,000 – R40,000 per couple (Negotiable – DOE)
* Live-in accommodation provided
LOCATION: Hazyview – Sabie Area, Mpumalanga
