About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Management Couple to join a prestigious luxury private game reserve in Hoedspruit. This exciting live-in opportunity offers a rewarding lifestyle in the heart of the bush, with excellent benefits and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- One partner will take on the role of Assistant Manager (Operations)
- The other partner should specialise in either:
- Admin Manager / Office Management
- Food and Beverage Management
Requirements
- Previous hospitality management experience, ideally within a lodge or game reserve environment
- Strong operational and administrative skills
- Food and Beverage management experience advantageous
- Ability to work effectively as a couple in a live-in role
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership abilities

- Combined salary R25,000 – R45,000 (live-in)
- 50% medical aid contribution
