Hoedspruit, Limpopo: CONVEYANCING ATTORNEYMinimum Requirements:-Presentable and professional preferably female -Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English -Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed and Admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer -Post admission Conveyancer experience advantageous / preferred-Valid drivers license and own vehicle-Residing within daily commuting distance of Hoedspruit-Stable employment record and contactable references-To start as soon as possible Duties:-Conveyancer duties for law firm, attending to property related conveyancing duties (Property transfers, mortgage bond registrations, bond cancellations etc.)-Drafting and reviewing of conveyancing-related documentation-General conveyancer duties (Travel to Deeds Office, client liaison & correspondence in Afrikaans and English etc.)Salary: R 25 000.00 R 30 000.00 gross (Depending on post admission experience)E-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF format (Not as a link) and indicate the following:- Reference CR2846; and – Your monthly gross salary expectation in context with your relevant post admission experience.
