Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent
- Paralegal certification or formal legal secretary qualification advantageous
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior executive or C-suite support role
- Demonstrated experience in a legal, compliance, or commercial business environment
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365 and digital productivity tools
- Advanced: Executive Diary & Calendar Management
- Intermediate: Contract Review & Legal Drafting
- Intermediate: Financial Report Comprehension
- Advanced Board Pack & Presentation Preparation
- Advanced Confidential Document Management
- Executive Organisation & Administration
- Paralegal & Legal Support
- Commercial & Financial Support
- Unwavering discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information
- Proactive and self-directed — able to anticipate needs without being prompted
- Exceptionally organised with superior attention to detail
- Calm and composed under pressure, managing competing priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at executive level
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional executive presence
- Adaptable, resourceful, and solutions-oriented in approach
- Afrikaans and English proficiency
- Live in Boland (Preferred), or willing to relocate
