Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join their client, a security equipment supplier, at the Balfour Park location. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all operations and functions of the branch to ensure its success and growth.
In this role, you will oversee a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support to drive exceptional performance and customer satisfaction. You will develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives, manage budgets, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Organize, Coordinate, and Control Staff Functions
- Achieve Sales Targets
- Maintain and Update Customer Database
- Generate Customer Inactivity Reports
- Motivate Sales Personnel
- Provide Training Opportunities
- Become Product Knowledgeable
- Monitor and Manage Stock
- Resolve Supply Issues Promptly
- Ensure Timely Opening and Closing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar management role
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong business acumen and financial understanding
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends
