This role is responsible for overseeing stewarding teams, maintaining high hygiene and compliance standards, supporting hospitality operations, and ensuring seamless back-of-house service delivery across hospitality environments.

What Youll Do
- Lead and manage stewarding operations and teams
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee handling and maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Coordinate with hospitality and kitchen teams
- Monitor stock levels and manage consumable procurement
- Train and mentor stewarding staff
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
What You Bring
- Hospitality qualification advantageous
- Experience as a Chief Steward or Stewarding Manager
- Strong operational experience within hospitality environments
- Knowledge of hygiene and cleaning compliance standards
