About the Role
The Director of Software will be responsible for leading our software development team in delivering high-quality client-facing solutions, while driving business growth and profitability through strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects, teams, and delivery pipelines simultaneously to ensure timely and successful delivery of software solutions.
- Engage directly with clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
- Balance delivery, cost, and client expectations to drive business growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize revenue streams and improve overall performance.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA advantageous)
- 10 years in software development, with at least 5 years in senior leadership / director roles
- Experience with Enterprise Content Platforms (non-negotiable)
- Proven experience delivering client-facing software solutions or services and working in solution-driven environments(non-negotiable)
