Job Description

What you will be doing: Drive the strategic and tactical aspects of business process engineering initiatives Discover, analyse, validate, and document complex business processes Model current and future state business processes to support business transformation Facilitate process workshops and stakeholder engagements to gather process requirements Analyse business outcomes and identify opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency improvements Develop process models, simulations, and impact assessments to support decision-making Communicate process-related insights and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders Ensure process designs align with business strategy, governance requirements, and operational objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementation of process improvements Support continuous improvement initiatives through process analysis, monitoring, and optimisation Produce high-quality process documentation, reports, and recommendations Contribute to business transformation and operational excellence initiatives What we are looking for: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Science, Information Systems, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field 7 years’ experience in Business Process Engineering, Process Analysis, or Process Improvement roles Strong experience in business process modelling, analysis, and optimisation Experience documenting current and future state processes Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills Experience conducting process simulations, impact assessments, and business analysis Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical process solutions Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Experience working within large enterprise environments Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills Advantageous: Banking or financial services experience Card issuing, card acquiring, or payments experience Experience working on large-scale transformation programmes Knowledge of BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies Experience working in Agile delivery environments Please note if you do not hear from us within 3 weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
