About the Role

As a Project Manager at Flink Recruitment, you will be responsible for planning and executing project plans, coordinating stakeholder efforts, and ensuring timely delivery of projects according to plan. You will also be involved in developing project charters, initiating kick-offs, and following the Genasys project delivery process using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and developing detailed project plans
  • Coordinating stakeholder efforts for successful project delivery
  • Developing and implementing Project Charters
  • Initiating internal and external project kick-offs
  • Delivering backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning, demo, and retrospective meetings
  • Managing the full Change Management process, including escalation and documentation
  • Conducting risk management through the Risk Matrix and Risk management toolkit
  • Financial planning and forecasting to ensure milestone achievement
  • Determining revenue recognition and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
  • Providing effective stakeholder management, including ongoing engagement for transparency
  • Maintaining complete, current, and accurately recorded project documents per Genasys process

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in project management using Agile methodologies
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience with Change Management processes and risk management tools
  • Basic knowledge of financial planning and forecasting principles
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including conflict resolution
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (not specified)

Salary & Benefits

  • R 70000 – R 100000 per annum
  • Hybrid work arrangement (home and onsite)
