About the Role

A progressive and fast-growing training company specialising in compliance training for the financial services sector is seeking a highly organised and professional Manager to the Executives Office based in Sandton. This role provides high-level executive support to the executive office and requires a proactive individual with exceptional administrative, communication, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support, including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics
  • Act as liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting documentation
  • Coordinate board and management meetings, including agendas and minutes
  • Manage executive office expenses and monthly reporting
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
  • Support stakeholder engagement and communication follow-ups
  • Oversee office administration systems and executive office coordination

Requirements

  • LLB Degree essential
  • Strong organisational and administrative capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional presence with strong stakeholder management skills
