About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Manager/Associate Director for a Management Consulting or Advisory role with a reputable Big 4 firm. This position calls for a dynamic individual with extensive experience in risk management, particularly within a consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage risk assessment projects for clients across various industries.
- Consult with clients to develop tailored risk management frameworks and strategies.
- Conduct risk analysis and evaluate the impact of various risk factors on client’s operations.
- Manage a team of risk analysts and ensure timely project delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., FRM, CFA, or similar) is preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in risk management, consulting, or advisory roles. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Experience with risk management tools and methodologies. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
