Lodge Manager & Admin / Accounts Couple | Luxury Lodge | KwaZulu-Natal Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Lodge Manager & Admin / Accounts Couple for a luxury lodge located in KwaZulu-Natal. This is an excellent opportunity for a couple with strong operational, guest-facing and administrative experience to join a high-end hospitality environment and become an integral part of a passionate hospitality team. KwaZulu-Natal Salary: R40,000 – R50,000 per couple Live-in Position Key Responsibilities Lodge Manager • Oversee day-to-day lodge operations with a strong focus on guest experience • Anticipate guest needs and ensure personalised, high-end service delivery • Manage and support lodge staff, ensuring strong team performance and morale • Oversee the Head Chef with a focus on quality control and consistency • Ensure smooth coordination between all lodge departments • Maintain operational standards in line with luxury hospitality expectations • Assist with food and beverage stock control and ordering processes Admin / Accounts • Manage lodge administration and support operational requirements • Handle reservations and ensure accurate guest billing and account checks • Assist with basic financial processes (no heavy accounting required) • Work with systems such as Pastel and reservation/accounting platforms • Ensure accuracy in guest accounts and daily financial reconciliation • Support stock takes and purchasing processes where required ✅ Requirements • 5–10 years’ experience within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment • Strong guest service orientation with the ability to anticipate and understand guest needs • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail • Experience with reservation systems and guest billing processes • Working knowledge of Pastel and lodge accounting systems advantageous • Hands-on, practical approach with initiative and sound judgement • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences Benefits Live-in accommodation ️ Meals on duty Opportunity to work in a beautiful luxury lodge environment in KwaZulu-Natal Long-term growth potential within a respected hospitality operation ⚠️ Please note: Due to the high volume of applications received, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
