– Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, front office, or hosting advantageous
– Strong guest relations and hosting skills essential
– Excellent communication and customer service ability
– Computer literacy and strong email communication skills
– Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
– Professional appearance and positive attitude
– Strong organisational and administrative skills
– Knowledge of reservation systems beneficial
– Ability to work well within a team environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Handle guest reservations and booking enquiries
– Welcome and host guests professionally
– Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
– Ensure guests feel comfortable and well attended to throughout their stay
– Respond professionally to emails and telephone enquiries
– Assist with guest requests and provide exceptional customer service
– Coordinate with housekeeping and other lodge departments
– Maintain reservation records and daily reports
– Ensure smooth front office operations and guest satisfaction
– Uphold lodge standards and professionalism at all times
