Our client is a leading technology innovator and custom manufacturer within the heavy?industry sector, specialising in industrial power systems, electric motors, and control systems. They design, engineer, produce, and service high?demand electrical and automation solutions for mining, mills, and other heavy?industrial environments.

They are seeking a highly organised, safety?focused Project Coordinator to support the structured planning, organisation, and execution of projects from initiation through to completion. The ideal candidate is committed to safe working practices and strives for zero harm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects
  • Assist with maintaining project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
  • Liaise with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Support the maintenance planning function with administrative and coordination tasks
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates and reports
  • Assist in identifying risks, delays, and resource constraints
  • Manage general administrative duties and project?related logistics
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, standards, and safety requirements
  • Promote and uphold safe working practices and a zero?harm culture

Qualifications & Experience

  • Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
  • Diploma or Certificate in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 24 years experience in a project coordination or similar role
  • Experience in maintenance or industrial environments (advantageous)
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid drivers licence
