About the Role

The Finance Administrator role at HotelJobs requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our establishment. This live-in position demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow and maintain systems and processes for accurate financial information reconciliation
  • Support revenue reconciliation, cash controls, and effective administrative and inventory processes
  • Maintain accurate reporting through effective administrative and inventory management

Requirements

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to accurately pay attention to detail
  • Experience in Sage Evo or similar accounting software (advantageous)
  • Proficient in the application of financial good practice
  • Ability to reconcile revenue between Booking Systems and Point of Sale systems
  • Experience in performing weekly cash-ups and managing petty cash

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent in Finance and Bookkeeping with a good understanding of Accounting and Bookkeeping principles
  • Valid Drivers License
