(Half-day position) Potchefstroom | Reinke Africa Main Responsibilities Design of: Advertisements (print & digital) Social media posts and campaigns Promotional material (banners, brochures, POS material) Management and coordination the Company’s: Facebook & other social media platforms WhatsApp marketing material for dealers Ensure consistent application of the Company’s brand identity (CI) Collaborate with internal team and dealers Basic video and image editing (preferred) Support with campaigns (e.g. Nampo, promotions, competitions) Minimum Requirements Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar 23 years experience in graphic design and/or social media management Proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong understanding of: Social media platforms and trends Digital marketing Good communication skills (Afrikaans & English) Self-driven, creative, and detail-oriented Preferred Skills Video editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut / similar) Basic photography knowledge Experience in an agricultural environment Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing and campaigns Personality Creative, yet practical Able to work quickly under pressure and meet deadlines Team player with a can-do attitude Strong attention to detail and brand consistency Salary Package (Guideline) Depending on experience and skills: Junior / Mid-level: R15,000 R20,000 per month Potential growth to full-time role: R20,000 R25,000 per month Additional benefits: Bonus Pension fund Exposure to a large agricultural brand Growth and development opportunities Growth Opportunity This role is ideal for someone who: Wants to expand their creative skills Wants to work within a growing brand May want to develop into a full-time position Portfolio must accompany the application.
