Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Abattoir Manager, Poultry Processing Manager, or similar role within the poultry/meat processing industry.
• Strong knowledge of poultry processing operations and production management.
• Relevant Health & Safety qualification essential.
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, food safety, and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure production environment.
• Good administrative and reporting skills.
• Willingness to relocate is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Food Production, Operations Management, Agriculture, or related field.
• Health & Safety certifications such as SAMTRAC, NEBOSH, or equivalent advantageous.
