About the Role
Bilnor Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Millwright with Trackless Mobile Machinery (TMM) experience to join our team in Botswana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, as well as excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and breakdowns on TMM equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on site
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain good understanding of mine health and safety standards
Requirements
- Grade 12 Matric
- Qualified Millwright with a valid trade certificate
- Minimum 5 years’ post-trade experience on Trackless Mobile Machinery (TMM)
- Proven experience working in a mining environment
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills on mechanical and electrical systems
- Solid knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
