Job Title: Internal Sales (Unified Communication)Location:Pretoria EastDate required: ASAP Salary Bracket: R10 000 R20 000 / month dep on exp JOB SPECIFICATION Duties: Internal SalesKnowledge of Unified Communication Understanding of UC technology: Video Conferencing, Audio Visual, networking, VOIP Preparation of uploading files and uploading these files dailyAssist with general queriesAssist within the Sales Department when there is overflow and short staffTracking orders through the system to deliveryWeekly pipeline reportingAbility to understand the process from supplier to customerAssist in resolving daily supply issues and reporting to ManagementWillingness to convey key feedback from customers internallyProducing of letters, memos, reports, spreadsheetsFiling General administration for the sales team Preparation of quotes and submissions with required documentation MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Matric Essential Good verbal and written communication skills Proficient on Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to work under pressure Good time management skills Good planning skills Strong attention to detail Please send your detailed CV.
