About the Role
We are seeking a driven sales professional to join our client’s team as a Sales Representative (VR 78) / Verkoopsverteenwoordiger (VR 78). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients to drive company growth.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets through effective planning, negotiation, and closing strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, and provide accurate sales reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role.
- Experience within the petroleum or fuel industry will be advantageous.
- Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets.
