About the Role

Medical Resources Group is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established Healthcare Centre in Randburg, for an experienced and qualified HR Manager. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for managing the full Human Resources function across a workforce of approximately 220 employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the full HR function across the organisation
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned to legislation and best practice
  • Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA, OHS Act)
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reporting, and system integrity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field (Essential)
  • Minimum 5+ years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management or senior role
  • Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and compliance frameworks
  • Experience in employee relations, disciplinary processes, and hearings
  • Experience in recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Exposure to Employment Equity, COIDA/IOD processes, and B-BBEE
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment (Advantageous)
  • Postgraduate qualification (Advantageous)

Salary & Benefits

R50 000 – R60 000 per month (based on experience)
