About the Role

The Human Resources Manager role at Dante Personnel is a critical position that requires an experienced professional to lead and manage our HR department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, business administration, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in supervisory/managerial roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage smooth running and achievement of departmental objectives and targets
  • Implement and manage staff training and upliftment programs
  • Oversee payroll experience, BEE, EE planning
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
  • Develop and maintain effective employee relations
  • Recruit and hire top talent to join our team
  • Perform performance management and coaching
  • Maintain a reliable car and valid (Code B) Driver’s license

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 5 – 6 years in a supervisory/managerial position
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management

Qualifications

  • Formal education/certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Non-Negotiable)
