About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Dante Personnel. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction within our client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building with clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to identify business opportunities and increase revenue
  • Provide expert advice on timber products and services to clients, ensuring accurate information is delivered
  • Utilize knowledge of Pastel Evolution and cut and edge optimisation programs to improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales data, and other relevant information using MS Excel and other computer systems

Requirements

  • Matric
  • 3 Years of experience within the board, timber, or related industry is essential
  • Knowledge of Pastel Evolution advantageous
  • Knowledge of cut and edge optimisation programs advantageous
  • Computer literate in MS Excel, Word, Email, and general computer systems
  • Strong numerical and communication skills
  • Valid drivers license plus own reliable transportation
  • Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
