About the Role

As an International Recruiter at Recruitpro Solutions, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting and selecting technical candidates from South Africa for placement in the Netherlands. This is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit and select technical candidates from South Africa for placement in the Netherlands
  • Conduct intake interviews in English and Afrikaans
  • Prepare and process candidate profiles for submission to clients
  • Active sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards and personal networks
  • Guide candidates through the full recruitment process from first contact to placement
  • Support candidate onboarding and relocation processes
  • Build and maintain partnerships with companies and relevant educational institutions
  • Handle administrative processing within recruitment procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing or labour mediation
  • Excellent command of both English and Afrikaans (essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Affinity with engineering, technical or industrial environments is advantageous
  • Willingness and ability to relocate to the Netherlands for the first 6 months
